They open when ever they fee like. It's 9:15 AM and still closed. About two weeks ago I can by at 9:45 and they were still closed, but there were employees in the parking lot doing makeup and chatting, they saw me try the door but continued doing their own thing. On top up that my prescription prices changed and when I asked the lady why she said it's always been that price which isn't true as I've been coming here for years, but not much longer.
Great hometown pharmacy where the pharmacist knows his customers by name. Can be slow at getting prescriptions filled.
Knowledgeable, helpful and they know their customers. I'm thankful to have such a great local business.
Always help me quickly and the pharmacist is always happy to answer questions I have about medicines or merchandise.
I came in earlier this afternoon to pick up my monthly prescribtion of a pro air inhaler, I then decided that I would speak to the pharmacist about the drastic decline in customer service I have received here. My very first compliant about this "business" is the fact that the pharmacy hours on the door and Google state that it opens at 9AM, on several occasions I have arrived at Center Pharmacy at its "opening" time with the doors locked. Once I sat in the parking lot for 44 minutes before they opened, at 9:22AM pharmacy assistants arrived and proceeded to do their makeup in their vehicle. My second compliant is the fact that my copay has always been the exact same, one day I came in and it had doubled. I asked the cashier why that could be, she replied with "I don't know, it must have always been like that" that is obviously not a proper explanation for a customer. Therefore my second compliant is staff based and the lack of proper training they have. My third and final compliant stems from my interaction today with the owner. I decided to speak with him, because clearly the assistants couldn't help me. I expressed each and everyone of my complaints with him. He continued to tell me to just call my insurance provider about the change (which I had, and they stated my prescribtion policy had not been changed) and that the inhaler was not about of the $4 and $10 deal they have. After telling him about possibly changing the hours on Google he seemed to become quite enraged and he started gritting his teeth so hard his head was shaking. I asked him why he was so angry and he interrupted me to tell my boyfriend to meet him at 7PM while they close. Unfortunately I had not recorded this conversation like I thought I had been, or else I would of admittedly went across the parking lot to file an assault misdemeanor. Assault in Oklahoma is the attempt or THREAT to commit bodily injury through force or violence. This was obviously not a mutual combat considering neither me or my boyfriend were this upset.... All in the midst of this the owner or a co workers child was running in the pharmacy area. All I wanted was to express my concerns to the owner about the declining customer service I have experienced. While he went back to calm down and call the insurance company a fellow coworker went back and told him we had been and were continuing to record him, when he got off the phone he came back in a cool and calm manor and when we asked about why he wanted us to come back at 7, (obviously trying to get him to admit on either a voice recorder or video saying he wanted to fight he ignored my question) When I first started coming my inhaler and birth control were ready on time every month no wait and I didn't have to call in, super convenient but now all I get is horrible horrible service. My best advice to anyone in Mannford, bite the bullet and just drive all the way to Sand Springs. Genuinely would never recommend anyone going here, waste of time and very rude service.
