saying I was negligent for not knowing it was leaking and they paid zero!
Hamptons Plumbing showed up in response to a call to my home warrenty company. He accessed the blown-out waterheater and shortly after that I get a phone call from the warrenty company with a 1200 authorization to do the work. Work was done in a professional and workman like manner and I have zero complaints about any part of the process. 5 stars.
i had 4-5 different companies come in looking for slab leak and ran static tests over a 3 year period. leak detectors said sewer was leaking but ran a camera and could not find it. wanted $1500 a day to search for it might take 2 days. James Hampton found the separation within an hour, He is very computer oriented and worked with the inspectors shooting pictures and sending to city inspectors.The sewer line break about destroyed my whole slab and the if the previous companies had found the leak I would not have $75,000 in damages to my house. Oh yeah, Travelers insurance did not pay a dime

USE THEM HE IS A JERK AND NEEDS MORE CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING AND THE LADY ON THE PHONE SAYS THAT ANSWERS SAYS THAT MY WARRANTY COMPANY IS LIEING ABOUT EVERYTHING. DO NOT TRYST THESE PEOPLE
They didn't even make it to our house. They lied to us on the phone, made a huge story about how we had called and said we were going to be gone for two weeks to Hawaii and didn't need a plumber. Nice story, but entirely untrue. They still claimed it was us and even said that we had told them we had a friend look at our plumbing and that friend told us the main line was broken. They went on to say that since we knew our pipes were broken if their equipment malfunctioned or broke we would be held accountable for any repairs to the equipment. This was our first conversation with them. Ever. They just lie. Don't trust them.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THIS COMPANY AT ALL FOR YOUR INSURANCE NEEDS OR FOR POOL CARE THIS IS A PLUMBING SERVICE. HE CAME OUT AND HAD A HEADSET ON ALL HE DID WAS TALK ON THE PHONE HE DID NOT TOUCH ANYTHING BY MY POOL EQUIPMENT THEN HE STATED THAT I NEEDED TO FIND THE SERIAL NUMBER ON THE PARTS THAT NEED TO BE FIXED BEFORE HE COULD FIX THEM. I CALLED MY WARRANTY COMPANY BEFORE I TOLD THEM THAT AND THEY CALLED HAMPTONS SO OUT OF ANGER IM ASSUMING THEY SAID SCREW ME AND LIED SAYING MY POOL WAS NOT WINTERIZED WHICH HOW WOULD THEY KNOW THAT IF HE DIDNT EVEN TOUCH ANYTHING AND WAS THE THIRD PERSON WHO CAME OUT TO LOOK AT IT AND TOLD THEM THAT I POURED DE IN THE SKIMMER WHICH I HAD A PROFESSIONAL COMPANY COME OUT EVERY WEEK LAST SUMMER AND PUT CHEMICALS IN IT. THEY ARE LIARS AND VERY RUDE. I EVEN GAVE HIM THE PAPERS FROM THE POOL COMPANY THAT PUT POOL IN AND HE SKIMMED THRU IT. I FOUND THE SERIAL NUMBERS ON ALL PARTS AND IN THE BOOK.
