Food was as expected and service was good.
Cannot get through on the phone. Been hung up on. Sat on hold for more than 30 mins. I don't care how many lines you have, it doesn't take long to take an order and move to the next caller. Evidently they just don't want more business. The manager needs to get a clue. When you go in, they aren't busy and all you hear is the phone ringing. Would be one star but the pizza is actually good. Just need to find people who want to work.
The whole franchise ownership is a joke. Either you are with a company and its offers as a whole or your not and apparently this particular hut is a privately owned franchise with it's own specials into which are a joke.
Worst customer service and managment ive seen in a while order took 45 mins they just let the phones ring and scrambled three orders while i was waiting. Servers were arguing over who would serve the next customer and manager didnt even act like she cared they wern't working mazzios bristow or simple simons mannford would be a much better choice if you want customer sevice cooks seamed to be working hard while front counter was completly confused.
Like to eat on Tuesdays(once a month) because kids eat free after 6... I wish it started at 5 instead. Very busy Tuesdays, (get there 15-20 min early). They need to put out more cheese, pepperoni & meat pizza's at a time, those seem to disappear within 1 minute before you can even get up & grab a plate! Lots of waiting for you to get a piece of pizza for you kids who are complaining bc they are hungry.
